Maxim Weitzman acquired cosmetics firm Concept II in 2011, expanded its presence to 65 countries, launched over 50 new products, tripled its employee base, and sold the company to a private pharma group in 2016.  In 2017, Maxim assembled a high-performance Brand Development Team, founded RHOMB, and embarked on a quest to help high-potential companies develop their brands, and expand their presence globally.

Prior to Concept II, his professional experience includes accomplishments as VP of Marketing for Telefonica where he was responsible for Marketing  & Communications Strategy in the USA, at IBM where he was responsible for Marketing Operations in 11 countries overseeing a team of 140 marketing professionals in Latin America, at product development venture Intrigo as its founding CEO and recipient of the Best of Show Award at the International Consumer Electronics Show, and at Polar Group where he was Brand Manager responsible for marketing & distribution strategies for five brands in over 50,000 points of sale.

Maxim holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management where he was elected Director of the Entrepreneur Association, and received the Larry Wolfen Entrepreneurial Spirit Fellowship.
